Sales Terms: All sales are final. We may accept returns under the following conditions:

Credit only will be given for accepted returns. Credit will only be given for products returned undamaged and unopened.

We will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Back-Orders: If an item is out of stock we will not substitute an alternate brand or product. We will either:

Shipping: All orders will be sent by Canada Post. In Canada, free shipping is provided on all orders over $100.00 before taxes. Orders under $100.00 will be shipped for a flat fee of $10.00. International desinations, including the USA, will be notified of shipping costs prior to shipping.

Some product restrictions may apply to international and USA destinations.

All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days

Once orders are processed a tracking number is emailed to the customer. You order can then be tracked at www.canadapost.ca.
