Dosage: Adults: In general, 10 drops 3 times daily. In acute cases, initially 10 drops every 15 minutes, followed by a reduction to 10 drops 6 times daily.

Composition: 100ml contains: Asclepias vincetoxicum, Folia D4, Argentum nitricum D10, Echinacea angustifolia D6, Euphorbium officinarum D6, Hepar sulphuris calcareum D10, Luffa operculata D6, Pulsatilla D2, Sulphur D6, 1ml each. Contains 45 vol.-% alcohol.

Indications: Chronic sinusitis (maxillary sinus, frontal sinus, and ethmoidal sinus, sphenoid sinus); catarrh of the ear passages, dropsy of the middle-ear.
